Cookie Policy

1. How We Use Cookies

130 Mode uses cookies and similar storage to operate the site, keep users signed in, maintain cart state, remember cookie choices, protect account security, and, only after you accept optional cookies, measure first-party campaign and storefront performance.

2. Cookie Categories

  • Essential: required for login, security, checkout, cart, and account functionality.
  • Preference: remembers choices like cookie banner state and interface preferences.
  • Analytics: after consent, our first-party attribution cookie and session storage may record a random session ID, landing path, referring domain, campaign parameters, page views, link clicks, and checkout source.
  • Marketing: campaign measurement may be used after consent. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies in this implementation.

3. Your Choices

You can accept or decline optional measurement in the cookie banner, clear site data in your browser, block cookies in browser settings, or contact support for privacy questions. Declining clears the first-party attribution cookie and session data. Blocking essential cookies may break login, checkout, downloads, and cart features.

4. Third-Party Services

Payment, authentication, email, hosting, and fulfillment providers may set their own cookies or process technical data when their services are used. 130 Mode attribution events are stored in our Supabase database; campaign source is also attached to Stripe checkout metadata so a completed purchase can be connected to the campaign that led to it.

5. Duration

The optional first-party attribution cookie lasts up to 30 days unless you decline or clear it sooner. Attribution and usage events are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated unless a longer period is required for transaction, fraud, dispute, or legal records.
