1. License, Not Ownership
Buying or downloading content from 130 Mode gives you a limited license to use the files. It does not transfer copyright ownership, master ownership, publishing ownership, trademarks, artwork rights, or brand rights unless a separate written agreement says so.
2. DJ Music License
- You may use purchased DJ tracks in live DJ sets, radio mixes, club events, and personal performance libraries.
- You may not resell, leak, share, repackage, or upload the raw files as your own artist release.
- You are responsible for platform rules if you stream or upload mixes to third-party services.
- Commercial sync, advertising, TV, film, game, or brand campaign use requires separate written permission unless explicitly sold as part of the license.
3. Sample Pack License
- You may use sample packs to create new musical works.
- You may commercially release new works that substantially transform the sounds into a new composition.
- You may not redistribute isolated sounds, create competing sample packs, or sell the source files as a kit.
4. Prohibited Uses
- No unauthorized resale, sublicensing, public file sharing, or account sharing.
- No upload to DSPs as your own master recording.
- No content ID registration of 130 Mode files unless you have written permission.
- No use of 130 Mode assets to train AI models or build competing datasets without written permission.
5. Custom Agreements
Collaborations, sync uses, remixes, commercial campaigns, exclusive licenses, and custom production work may require a separate written agreement that controls over this page.
