At 130 Mode (Booman Systems LLC), we value your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, authentication status, profile role, subscription tier, VIP status, and encrypted credentials managed by our authentication provider.
- Payment Data: We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We retain transaction IDs, checkout status, subscription status, and limited billing metadata needed to fulfill purchases and resolve support issues.
- Download & Usage Data: We track download history, selected file formats, signed-link activity, credit usage, catalog interactions, device signals, IP address, and browser/user-agent data to fulfill orders, prevent sharing abuse, and protect VIP access.
- Optional First-Party Attribution: after you accept optional cookies, we may collect a random session ID, landing path, referring domain, campaign parameters, page views, link clicks, and checkout source. We do not store full referring URLs or URL query strings in the attribution event record.
- Collaborator Data: If you participate in a revenue split, we may collect collaborator email, 130 Mode account status, Stripe Connect account status, split percentage, payout ledger status, refund/chargeback adjustments, and related audit records.
- Merch & Fulfillment Data: When physical products are ordered, we collect shipping details and order metadata needed to coordinate fulfillment.
- Support & Admin Messages: We may retain messages, files, and notes you provide when contacting support or working with the Studio/admin system.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our services.
- To process transactions, subscriptions, downloads, credits, refunds, and order records.
- To deliver digital files, generate secure download links, manage VIP access, and support account recovery.
- To administer collaborator splits, Stripe Connect onboarding, payout holds, payout reversals, and split ledger corrections.
- To coordinate merch fulfillment, order support, and customer service.
- To send transactional emails regarding order status, account security, password recovery, split invitations, new drops, or subscription updates. You may opt out of marketing emails where applicable.
- To prevent fraud, detect account sharing, investigate chargebacks, enforce download limits, and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, store cart state, remember cookie preferences, and protect account security. After you accept optional cookies, 130 Mode uses a first-party attribution cookie and session storage to understand campaign and storefront performance. Declining optional cookies clears that attribution data and does not disable essential account or checkout storage. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies in this implementation.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the service, fulfill purchases, protect the catalog, comply with law, or work with trusted service providers.
- Supabase: authentication, database, account sessions, and application data.
- Stripe: checkout, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, collaborator Stripe Connect onboarding, and payout processing.
- Resend: transactional email delivery, password recovery notices, split invitations, and administrative alerts.
- Printful: physical merch fulfillment when a merch order requires production or shipping.
- Cloudflare/R2 and Storage/CDN Providers: secure delivery of artwork, previews, downloads, and site assets.
- First-Party Measurement: consented attribution events are stored in Supabase, and campaign source may be attached to Stripe checkout metadata so a completed purchase can be connected to its source.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain account, order, download, payout, and security records for as long as needed to operate the platform, satisfy legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate purchase entitlements. Optional attribution and usage events are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated unless they form part of a transaction, fraud, dispute, or legal record. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Marketing Email Consent & Unsubscribe
If you join the mailing list, request a free download, opt in through your account, or otherwise give permission to receive updates, we may send marketing or new-release emails. Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe path, and you can also request removal by contacting us.
Transactional or relationship emails, such as purchase receipts, secure download links, account security, refund support, subscription notices, and collaborator split notices, may still be sent when needed to operate the service or complete a transaction.
7. Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Booman Systems LLC, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records when required for payments, taxes, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal compliance.
