Subscription Terms
1. Membership Access
130 Mode may offer memberships, credits, invite-only access, or grandfathered VIP access tiers. Public paid memberships are credit-based: Pro includes 5 release credits per month, Club includes 15 release credits per month, and Platinum includes 30 release credits per month.
2. Renewal And Billing
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Renewal price, billing cycle, and included benefits are shown during checkout or in account records.
- Failed payments may pause membership benefits until payment is resolved.
3. Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Access generally remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, or a Terms violation.
4. Credits And VIP Access
One release credit unlocks one full eligible release bundle. Credits, VIP downloads, and grandfathered access are account-specific and cannot be sold, transferred, shared, or pooled with another user unless 130 Mode approves it in writing. Legacy Bandcamp VIP access is separate from public paid Platinum access, is limited to approved migrated accounts, and defaults to 20 eligible music-release downloads per day unless 130 Mode sets a different account-specific limit.
5. Account Integrity
We may restrict or revoke access for credential sharing, suspicious download behavior, excessive failed payments, repeated disputes, or attempts to bypass account limits.
