Digital Download Policy
1. What You Receive
A digital purchase on 130 Mode gives you download access to the release, version, and file formats shown at checkout. One purchase unlocks the available versions and formats attached to that release. Available files may include MP3, WAV, stems, ZIP packages, clean versions, instrumentals, acapellas, or other files where offered.
2. Download Access
- Downloads are delivered through your account, purchase history, VIP entitlement, or secure download links.
- Secure links may expire and may need to be regenerated while your entitlement remains valid.
- You are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased files after access is delivered.
- File access can be paused or revoked for fraud, chargebacks, account sharing, or Terms violations.
3. File Formats
Some releases may include more than one format. Format availability depends on the uploaded source files and the release configuration. If a format is not listed as available for a release, it is not included with that purchase.
4. Technical Problems
If a file is missing, corrupt, mislabeled, or unavailable after a valid purchase, contact support with your order email and release title. The standard remedy is a corrected file, replacement link, or manual support review.
5. No Redistribution
Purchased files are licensed to you for the allowed use described in the Terms and Licensing Terms. You may not resell, share, leak, upload, or redistribute the raw files.
